NASHVILLE – Hundreds of Nashville Sports Council members packed The Cowan at Topgolf Nashville Thursday night for the council’s member rally presented by Cooper Steel.

Nashville Sports Council members were treated to food, drinks and a sneak preview of the Vanderbilt men’s and women’s basketball programs. New men’s head basketball coach Jerry Stackhouse, assistant women’s head coach Shereka Wright and deputy athletic director Candice Storey Lee were the featured speakers during the night’s event.

“Thanks to the continued support from Cooper Steel, we’re able to host these types of events,” Scott Ramsey, president of the Nashville Sports Council, said. “Vanderbilt fans and college basketball fans in general were able to get a glimpse into what’s happening on the West End before the season starts.

“It was a great evening for our members and the Nashville sports community as a whole.”
